The standard critique of QMS-embedded validation — made most often by validation-first vendors, and worth weighing accordingly — is that validation is positioned as an extension of quality management rather than as a specialised operational discipline. Organisations with heavy validation loads sometimes report gaps in test execution depth, traceability granularity and discipline coverage that get filled with supplemental tools or manual workarounds.
Whether this applies to you depends almost entirely on volume. A company validating a modest number of systems within a mature QMS may never encounter it. A company running commissioning and qualification across multiple manufacturing sites usually will.

Where a client is resource-constrained, the scope of what the agents carry extends further; where a client has deep in-house validation capability, Qualitum takes the drafting load and leaves judgement with the team. This is a delivery decision made per client through forward-deployed engineering, not a licence tier.
Where Qualitum is different in kind
